Chicken Marsala Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with tender chicken breasts in a rich Marsala wine sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup Chicken broth low sodium
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
- 1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness. 
- 2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess. 
- 3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. 
- 4. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet. 
- 5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned. 
- 6. Add garlic and cook for another minute. 
- 7. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, bring to a simmer. 
- 8. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens. 
- 9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
