Chicken Marsala Recipe
A classic Italian-American dish with tender chicken breasts in a rich Marsala wine sauce.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
- ½ cup All-purpose flour
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup Chicken broth low sodium
- 8 oz Mushrooms sliced
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped
1. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
2. Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off excess.
3. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
4. Cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides. Remove from skillet.
5. In the same skillet, add mushrooms and cook until browned.
6. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
7. Pour in Marsala wine and chicken broth, bring to a simmer.
8. Return chicken to the skillet and cook until sauce thickens.
9. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
