Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Breast cut into cubes
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 cup Tomato Puree
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin ground
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander ground
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Marinate chicken with yogurt, half of the garam masala, salt, and turmeric. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat butter in a large pan over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sauté until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add marinated chicken to the pan. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  4. 4. Pour in tomato puree, remaining spices, and sugar. Stir well and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  5. 5. Add heavy cream and cook for another 10 minutes. Adjust seasoning if needed.
  6. 6. Serve hot with naan or rice.
