Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 pcs chicken breasts cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken strips and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
