Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Frozen Mixed Vegetables
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, mixed vegetables, cream of chicken soup, milk, and half of the shredded cheese.
Stir in the cooked rice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Sprinkle the remaining shredded cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is melted and golden brown.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
