Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast diced
  • 1 cup Wild Rice
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 stalks Celery sliced
  • 6 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme dried
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook until vegetables are tender.
  3. 3. Stir in the wild rice, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and thyme. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
  4. 4. Once the rice is cooked, stir in the heavy cream. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Serve hot and enjoy!
