Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked Rice
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 1 cup Chicken Broth
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
- to taste Salt and Pepper
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of mushroom soup, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
