Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 package Gnocchi (about 16 oz)
  • 1 cup Carrots, diced
  • 1 cup Celery, diced
  • 1 cup Onion, diced
  • 4 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 cups Spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced onions, carrots, and celery. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  3. 3. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. 4. Add the gnocchi and cook until they float to the top, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Stir in the shredded chicken, spinach, and heavy cream. Cook until heated through.
  6. 6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
