  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the milk and bring to a simmer.
  3. 3. Stir in the shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. 4. Add the cooked ramen noodles back into the pot and mix well to coat with the cheese sauce.
  5. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
