Chai Tea Latte
A warm, spiced tea latte that's perfect for cozying up on a cold day.

- 2 cups water
- 4 pieces cardamom pods crushed
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 4 pieces cloves
- 1 piece star anise
- 1 inch ginger sliced
- 2 tablespoons black tea leaves
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar or to taste
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, and ginger. Boil for 5 minutes.
3. Add black tea leaves and boil for another 2 minutes.
4. Add milk and sugar. Simmer for 3 minutes.
5. Strain the tea into cups and serve hot.
