Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Ground cumin
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • 1 cup Orange juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Season the pork chunks with salt, cumin, and oregano.
  2. 2. Place the pork in the pressure cooker. Add orange juice, chicken broth, onion, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Lock the lid and cook on high pressure for 30 minutes. Allow the pressure to release naturally for 15 minutes.
  4. 4. Remove the pork and shred it with two forks. Optionally, broil the shredded pork in the oven for a few minutes to get crispy edges.
