Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 sheets nori
  • 1 avocado sliced
  • 1 cucumber julienned
  • 8 oz imitation crab meat shredded

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Fold into cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo sushi mat covered with plastic wrap.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange avocado, cucumber, and crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the bamboo mat. Slice into pieces with a sharp knife.
