Main Ingredients
- 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
- 8 cups Water
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 whole Onion chopped
- 2 whole Carrots sliced
- 2 whole Zucchini sliced
- 1 cup Rice
- to taste Salt
- to taste Pepper
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add chicken pieces and cook until tender.
2. Add garlic, onion, carrots, and zucchini. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Add rice and cook until done. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
