- 500 g Calamari rings cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
- 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 lemon Lemon cut into wedges for serving
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and black pepper.
2. Dredge the calamari rings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
4. Fry the calamari rings in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the calamari from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
