Caesar Salad Recipe
A classic Caesar Salad with homemade dressing.

Dressing
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 cup Olive Oil
- 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Salad
- 1 head Romaine Lettuce chopped
- 1 cup Croutons
In a mixing bowl, whisk together garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking continuously until dressing is emulsified.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese.
In a large salad bowl, combine chopped romaine lettuce and croutons.
Pour dressing over salad and toss to coat evenly.
Serve immediately.
