  • 2 pcs carrots sliced
  • 1 pc onion diced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 6 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a large pot over medium heat. Add a bit of oil if desired.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  3. 3. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots. Stir well.
