Pie Filling
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1.5 cups sugar
- 0.5 cup butter, melted
- 3 eggs beaten
- 3 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together buttermilk, sugar, melted butter, beaten eggs, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
Bake for 50 minutes, or until the center is set and the top is golden brown.
Let the pie cool completely before serving.
