Main Ingredients
- 8 oz egg noodles
- 4 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese optional
1. Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
2. In the same pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
3. Return the noodles to the pot and toss to coat with the melted butter.
4. Season with salt and black pepper. Add Parmesan cheese if using. Serve warm.
