Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef Ribeye or Sirloin, thinly sliced
- ½ cup Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sugar
- ¼ cup Sesame Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Ginger, grated
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 2 stalks Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Seeds
1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Mix well.
2. Add the sliced beef to the marinade, making sure each piece is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for best results.
3. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the marinated beef slices until they are fully cooked and slightly caramelized, about 2-3 minutes per side.
4. Add the sliced onion and cook until they are soft and translucent.
5. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
