- 4 cups Broccoli florets chopped
- ½ cup Red onion diced
- ½ cup Dried cranberries
- ½ cup Sunflower seeds
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoon Honey
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced red onion, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the broccoli mixture and toss to coat evenly.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
