Main Ingredients
- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup chopped onion
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 cup crushed crackers
- 2 tablespoon melted butter
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, and onion.
Stir in broccoli.
Pour mixture into a baking dish.
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
