  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 cup crushed crackers
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  3. In a bowl, mix soup, mayonnaise, cheese, eggs, and onion.
  4. Stir in broccoli.
  5. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  6. Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle on top.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
