  • ½ cup Red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Sunflower seeds

Dressing

  • 1 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, cauliflower, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
  2. 2. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and honey until smooth.
