  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Dip each pork chop into the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
