Ingredients

  • 8 slices Bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce chopped
  • 2 cups Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels. Crumble the bacon once cooled.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and halved cherry tomatoes.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Top the salad with the crumbled bacon and serve immediately.
