Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta uncooked
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 4 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce chopped
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, bacon, and romaine lettuce.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
