  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Stir in the milk until just combined.
  4. Pour the melted butter into a baking dish, then pour the batter over the butter. Do not stir.
  5. Distribute the blackberries evenly over the batter. Do not stir.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
