- 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
- 1 can Corn drained
- 1 Red Bell Pepper chopped
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Lime juiced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, red bell pepper, red onion, and cilantro.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
