Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 can Biscuits Refrigerated
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Sprinkle flour over the sausage and stir to combine. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cut biscuits into quarters and place half in a greased baking dish.
  6. Pour sausage gravy over the biscuits. Top with remaining biscuit pieces.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
