Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • ½ head Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheese
  • 2 packages Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain fat.
  3. Add shredded cabbage to the skillet and cook until wilted. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out crescent roll dough and cut into squares. Place a spoonful of beef mixture and some shredded cheese in the center of each square.
  5. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal. Place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
