Beef Tips and Noodles

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 cup Beef broth
- 1 cup Red wine optional
- 1 medium Onion chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
- 8 oz Egg noodles cooked according to package instructions
- to taste Salt and pepper
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the beef tips and cook until browned on all sides. Remove from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and cook until translucent. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
Pour in the beef broth and red wine (if using). Bring to a simmer.
Return the beef tips to the skillet. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Mix the cornstarch with water and add to the skillet. Stir until the sauce thickens.
Serve the beef tips over cooked egg noodles.
