Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef Chuck cut into cubes
  • 2 cups Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Red Wine
  • 3 pcs Carrots sliced
  • 4 pcs Potatoes diced
  • 1 pc Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
  3. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
  4. Pour in red wine, beef broth, and add bay leaves.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Add carrots and potatoes, cook for another hour until tender.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
