- 2 kg Beef Ribs
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Rub the beef ribs with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Place the ribs on a baking tray and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
Remove the foil, brush the ribs with BBQ sauce, and bake for another 30 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
