Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb beef flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Remove beef from wok.
  4. 4. Add broccoli to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes. Return beef to the wok.
  5. 5. Pour sauce over beef and broccoli, stir well to coat. Cook for another 2 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. 6. Serve hot with rice.
