Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks pork ribs
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. 2. Mix brown sugar, paprika, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder in a bowl.
  3. 3. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  4. 4. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
  6. 6. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  7. 7. Remove the ribs from the oven and unwrap them.
  8. 8. Brush barbecue sauce on both sides of the ribs.
  9. 9. Grill the ribs for 5-10 minutes on each side, until the sauce is caramelized.
  10. 10. Serve hot and enjoy!
