Ingredients

  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe and mashed
  • ½ cup Butter melted
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 pcs Egg beaten
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp teaspoon Salt
  • 1 ½ cup All-purpose Flour

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with the melted butter.
  3. Add the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Sprinkle the baking soda and salt over the mixture and mix in.
  5. Add the flour and mix until just incorporated. Do not overmix.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared muffin tin. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Let the muffins cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
