  • ¼ cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. 3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
  4. 4. Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture is smooth and thickened.
  5. 5. Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
