Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 2 racks baby back ribs

Spice Rub

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

BBQ Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper in a bowl.
  4. Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  5. Wrap each rack in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 2 hours.
  7. Remove ribs from foil and brush with BBQ sauce.
  8. Broil ribs for 5-7 minutes until sauce is caramelized.
