- 2 Avocados diced
- 1 Tomato diced
- 0.25 cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 Lime juiced
- 2 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 0.5 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine diced avocados, tomato, and red onion.
Add lime juice, chopped cilantro, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
Gently toss to combine all ingredients.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
