Ingredients

  • 8 pcs Corn tortillas
  • 4 pcs Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Chorizo cooked
  • ½ cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 pcs Avocado sliced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup Onion diced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. 2. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side. Set aside.
  3. 3. In the same skillet, add the beaten eggs and cook, stirring frequently, until scrambled and fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add the cooked chorizo to the eggs and mix well.
  5. 5. Assemble the tacos by placing the egg and chorizo mixture onto each tortilla.
  6. 6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, avocado slices, chopped cilantro, and diced onion.
  7. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
