Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup orange juice freshly squeezed
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water

Instructions 

  1. 1. Coat the chicken pieces in cornstarch.
  2. 2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. 3. In a bowl, whisk together orange juice, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, ginger, and garlic.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce into the skillet and bring to a simmer. Add the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5. Return the chicken to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Serve hot.
