Asian Coconut Rice Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Rinse the jasmine rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
In a medium saucepan, combine the rice, coconut milk, water, sugar, and salt.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low.
Cover and simmer for 18-20 minutes, or until the liquid is absorbed and the rice is tender.
Remove from heat and let it sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before serving.
