Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Arugula washed and dried
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shaved
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 pinch Salt to taste
- 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground, to taste
In a large salad bowl, combine arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle the dressing over the arugula and Parmesan, and toss gently to combine.
Serve immediately.
