  • 4 cups Arugula washed and dried
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese shaved
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 pinch Salt to taste
  • 1 pinch Black pepper freshly ground, to taste

Instructions 

  1. In a large salad bowl, combine arugula and shaved Parmesan cheese.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the arugula and Parmesan, and toss gently to combine.
  4. Serve immediately.
