- 2 lbs Fresh apricots pitted and chopped
- 2 cups Sugar
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
Combine apricots, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan.
Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until the mixture thickens and reaches a jam-like consistency, about 30 minutes.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars, leaving some space at the top. Seal immediately.
Let jars cool to room temperature, then store in the refrigerator.
