- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 apple, julienned
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, and julienned apple.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss to coat evenly.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
