Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 5 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 3 large eggs hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • ½ cup onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup yellow mustard
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. Hard boil the eggs, peel, and chop.
  3. In a large bowl, combine potatoes, eggs, celery, onion, and pickle relish.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour dressing over potato mixture and mix well.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
