Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni uncooked
  • 3 large eggs hard-boiled and chopped
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ cup onion finely chopped
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup white vinegar
  • cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cooked macaroni, eggs, celery, red bell pepper, and onion to the bowl. Stir to combine.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
