  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • ½ cup Butter unsalted
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
