Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef 80/20 blend
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 slices Cheese optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. 2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper. Form into 4 patties.
  3. 3. Place the patties in the air fryer basket. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  4. 4. If using cheese, add a slice to each patty in the last minute of cooking.
  5. 5. Toast the burger buns in the air fryer for 1-2 minutes, if desired.
  6. 6. Assemble the burgers and serve hot.
