Instructions
Rinse the dried hibiscus flowers under cold water.
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
Add the hibiscus flowers, cinnamon stick, and ginger slices to the boiling water.
Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
Strain the mixture into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
Chill in the refrigerator.
Serve over ice.
