Description: A delicious blend of Mozzarella and Red Cheddar cheese that is ideal for deli style pizzas, gratins and Tex-Mex dishes. It comes pre-shredded and mixed in a bag for added convenience. The constant temperature and humidity of the caves provided a perfect environment for maturing the cheese. As Cheddar matures, its taste develops from the young and creamy taste of mild Cheddar to complex, lasting, slightly nutty flavors of mature Cheddar and beyond.
